Hm, you make an interesting and very valid point. I had no idea that Steve Ballmer was still personally micromanaging the Tuesday updates, and it's clearly a little bit of a problem. At least it seems to be clear from the outside, apparently not that clear to him. Though I can kind of see why he feels the need to do it. After all, these updates go out to everyone - millions and millions of Windows machines. One little blunder can be hugely embarrassing.
